Job Description

We are seeking experienced Ruby Rails developers to join one of our fast growing companies in San Francisco, to create and build the "next generation" massively adopted consumer sites. In short, we're looking for "What's Next"? You will be joining a team of seasoned internet veterans. We have already launched one site and looking to launch another one (possibly two) this year. If you like being on the ground floor and lots of upside potential, this is a great opportunity.
Qualifications:
• Comfortable working-in/learning-quickly a Ruby on Rails environment
• Have a craftsmanship-like approach to writing code.
• Have a minimalist design aesthetic with an eye towards reduction.
• Be able to work on a small team and get lots done with minimal oversight.
• Have deep knowledge of your chosen tools and how they interrelate, which should include at least one scripting language (Ruby, Python, JavaScript), one markup/style language (CSS, HTML), and one application-specific language (C, SQL, Objective-C).
• Be able to articulate ideas and future direction to both the rest of the team and users
